หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Be able to manage multi outlet
• Drive operations agenda and take ownership of sales
• Lead the execution of service standard in all stores
• Achievement of sales target, execution of operating system and people development
• Ensure training process and standard are being follow
• Achieve customer satisfaction target through consistently review operation performance
• Effectively communicates with field people on opportunities, benefits, goals or strategic plans
• Ensure 'field-ready' about launching new product
• Develop and select right people to be part of the team
• Consistently develop bench plan of restaurant management team
• Reviews management evaluations for consistency
• Enforce standard policies and procedures

• Thai Nationality with proficiency in English
• Casual dining restaurant chain with multi-unit management experience
• Good knowledge of western food and wine
• Strong sales-hunter mindset and LSM experience will be a big plus
• Process and system driven
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Good command of English
